We make every effort to make sure that you get a working and trouble free unit. We do guarantee you get the item as advertised.
Standard 30-day Return policy applies. Please contact us if there is an error, we work hard to correct any issues. If item is defective or you decided to return it please contact us and we will provide you return address. Please note that return address is different and it's important to contact us before sending it back.

We will be more than happy to replace any defective product free of charge. Please note, warranty does not cover physical damage or program deletion. Returns are accepted within 30 days including packaging material and must be returned in original condition. Refunds are submitted only through the same method in which we received the payment. Returns attempted after our 30-day return policy will not be accepted for a refund. The 30 day period starts from the time the package is delivered to your address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
